Mission Statement

The mission of the Rochester International Film Group is to inform, enlighten and enrich the lives of individuals and our diverse communities through the art of film presented in an annual festival of current, high quality international, domestic and Minnesota-made independent cinema.

Volunteering

Our organization is an all volunteer group and we are always looking for volunteers to help. We need people to help distribute posters, assist with balloting at the festival, and to get the word out. RIFG Activities

 Film Festival

​RIFG presents an international film festival in the spring at a local movie theater in conjunction with the Film Society of Minneapolis & St. Paul.

Funding

We are supported by individual and business donations and grants.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts & cultural heritage fund.
